No Bake Salted Caramel Macaroons
Have a sweet tooth but don't feel like baking? This is the recipe for you! These No Bake Salted Caramel Macaroons are the perfect blend of coconut and caramel.
This is such an easy recipe that you and everyone you know will absolutely love!
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons milk
6 tablespoons salted butter
11 ounce bag of caramels (about 40 individual caramels)
4 cups shredded sweetened coconut
4 ounces melting chocolate
Sea salt (optional)
Directions:
Add milk to a sauce pan over a medium heat.
Add the butter and the caramel and stir until all the caramels are melted.
Once melted, add in the shredded coconut and fold it in until it is all coated in caramel.
Scoop out tablespoon sized spoonfuls and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Let cool.
Once they have hardened, melt your chocolate and dip each macaroon into it coating part of it.
If you want to add some sea salt on top, sprinkle it onto it now. Let the chocolate harden then enjoy!
