Materials needed:
4 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 1/4 cup yellow onion, finely chopped
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
3/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground coriander
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts
1 can black beans
