15 Minute Lazy Noodles
Running out of time before dinner needs to be ready? This quick lazy noodles recipe will save you time and effort this evening and all of the ingredients are easy to find!
15 Minute Lazy Noodles
Materials needed:
1-2 tbsp cooking oil
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 handfuls baby spinach
12 oz noodles
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp honey
Instructions:
1. Add the cooking oil and ground beef to a large pan on the stovetop. Cook at medium heat until the meat turns brown.
2. Add the onion, garlic, baby spinach and stir. Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the noodles, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil and honey to the pan. Stir and cook until the noodles are fully cooked. Enjoy!
